  • For Crust:
  • One and a half cups of crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • One-fourth cup of confectioners’ sugar
  • One-third cup of butter (melted)
  • One-eighth teaspoon of salt
    For Filling:
  • Two cups of cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • Two large eggs
  • One teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Prepare

Step 1

Take a nine-inch pie pan with a height of one and one-fourth inch. Preheat the oven to three-fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all the crust ingredients and stir them until they are thoroughly combined. By pressing the crumbs into the bottom of the pie pan, make a thick layer. Concentrate on making more adhesive layers on the bottom than the sides in the pan.

Mix the cream cheese (room temperature) and sugar smoothly. Mix the mixture with egg and vanilla until smooth. It will be better to use a mix to avoid much air into the batter.

Step 2

It is making sure that the creamy cheese is softened to prevent lumps. Bake it for twenty minutes after placing the cake in the oven. Take strips of aluminum foils and shield the crust and bake again for another ten minutes. Insert a digital thermometer one inch into the coat from the edge and read the temperature in between one hundred sixty-five degrees to one hundred seventy degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 3

After removing the cake from the oven, cool it at room temperature. Refrigerate the cheesecake while it is cooled and cover it until it you can serve it.

You can serve the cheesecake with fresh fruits or any other things you desire. One can store the leftovers in the refrigerator for further use and for several days.

Easy Cheesecake Recipe: Conclusion

The cheesecakes are delicious and mouthwatering. To make the cakes more palatable, you can make a raspberry swirl cake. You can spoon one-fourth cup jam of seedless raspberry on the top before baking the crust. Take a butter knife and swirl the jam into the mixture carefully, creating a pretty design. Don’t go deep into the coat to avoid scrapping the bottom.

You can also serve the cake with tasty raspberry toppings. Take three cups of frozen raspberry and put it into a bowl to thaw, and then add one tablespoon of Instant ClearJel, and stir it gently until it thickens. To make it tasty, add one or two tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
