1 pound of large elbow macaroni pasta
One stick of butter
1 tbsp of black pepper
Mozzarella cheese one large bowl
12 ounces of cheddar cheese
½ cup of flour
4 cups of milk
½ tsp of dried mustard( optional)
½ tsp of salt
Heat the milk see to it that it does not boil.
Grate both the cheese roughly and keep it aside.
Heat the water and add salt to it. Add the macaroni and let it boil.
Moreover, keep stirring the macaroni in between.
Drain the macaroni as soon as it turns soft.

Method Of Making White Sauce

Heat butter in low flame.
Add flour and keep stirring it till the color changes into slightly light brown.
Now add the milk and stir it continuously so that no lumps are formed. The content will turn into a sauce.
Finally, switch off the flame and add salt and pepper according to your taste. All those who prefer the taste of mustard can add it at this point.
