  1. Roasted Garlic – 1 head

  5. Starch – 4 ½ tablespoons
  6. Almond Milk – 2 cups
  7. Yeast – 5 tablespoons
  8. Parmesan Cheese – ½ cup, vegan 
  9. Salt – To taste 

Steps for cooking Dairy-Free Mac and Cheese

1. Start the recipe by roasting the garlic head at 400 degrees (F) up to one hour. 

2. Meanwhile, cook the gluten-free Penne Pasta till its Al-Dante. For better cooking, read the instruction mentioned on the backside of Pasta Sachet. 

3. While the pasta is cooking, use the meantime for preparing the sauce. 

4. In a pan over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in two tablespoons of olive oil. As the aroma reaches your nose, add 4 ½ tablespoons of arrowroot starch. 

5. Sauté it until it acquires a mild brown color and becomes aromatic. Later, slowly add Almond milk and stir without a break. 

6. If you stopped, lumps would be formed, and your recipe will be ruined. 

7. while stirring the starch and milk, add other ingredients, including Salt, Pepper, Vegan Parmesan, and Nutritional Yeast. The mentioned quantity should be followed while adding ingredients. 

8. For a few minutes, keep cooking the sauce on medium heat. 

9. After a few minutes, add Al-Dante Penne and give it all a mix. 

10. Top the pasta with herbs and a little more Parmesan.
